He actively reserves as a law enforcement officer in the State of Texas.  

 Mike Loukota brings over four decades of distinguished experience in risk management and insurance to It's Just Risk, LLC. As Vice President of Strategic Initiatives, he oversees the firm's private equity division and leads broker relations efforts.  His extensive experience encompasses private equity due diligence, M&A risk management, complex insurance placements, and strategic advisory services. Mike's impeccable industry credibility and strong relationships developed over four decades provide tremendous value to IJR's clients navigating complex risk challenges.
